Four Days of Movement, Mindset, and High‑Altitude Renewal

Retreat Overview

May 14 to 17, 2026. A four‑day immersive performance retreat designed to help participants reconnect with their bodies, elevate their running practice, and build community through shared movement and reflection. Days 1–2 focus on altitude‑friendly hiking; Days 3–4 feature running sessions at the U.S. Olympic Training Center stadium. All meals are included, with light pre‑run fuel before morning movement and full meals afterward.


DAY 1 — ARRIVAL, ACCLIMATION & INTENTION SETTING

Afternoon

  • Welcome hydration station + altitude briefing
  • Light acclimation hike on a paved or gently sloped pathway (1–2 miles)

Dinner

  • Group welcome dinner with altitude‑friendly nutrition

Evening

  • Early night to support acclimation

DAY 2 — OLYMPIC INSPIRATION & PERFORMANCE FOUNDATIONS
